Good to know.

Yes. Our price includes the foundation and electrical hookup to your house. Everything you need to begin comfortably working, creating or playing in your backyard space comes included.
No. All our Backyard Offices are built on-site using the same techniques and materials that were used to build your home.
Absolutely. We tend to be substantially less expensive — and higher quality — than pre-fab competitors. Prefab options usually just include the exterior shell, leaving you to hire subcontractors for everything else. Pre-assembled options shipped from out of state also carry significant delivery and crane costs and don't include foundation or electrical.
Yes. All structures are built on-site from the ground up, so we can accommodate most requests. Upgrades include cedar tongue and groove ceilings, shiplap walls, skylights, ethernet or security camera hookup, gutters, old shed removal, upgraded electrical panel, and more.
